You can delete your Nestory account, and everything stored in it, at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.
If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
Your account, your child profiles, every moment and photo you saved, and every story written for you.
Removed from our servers within 30 days, and from encrypted backups within 90 days.
It does not cancel your Apple or Google subscription. Cancel that separately in your App Store or Google Play settings, or you will keep being charged. See the Refunds Policy for how cancellation works.
